This will increase circulation, decrease inflammation both locally and systemically and release myofascial bands and trigger points. We use either of both techniques as necessary

Dr Alise earned both her Master of Science and Doctorate in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Dr. Beccaria completed over 3500 hours of training in acupuncture technique, diagnosis and treatment, Chinese medicine theory, as well as many components of Western medicine. Prior to studying acupuncture, Dr. Beccaria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at SUNY Albany in Albany, NY.

​Dr. Beccaria is licensed to practice Acupuncture by the North Carolina Acupuncture Board and is board certified in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is certified in Level 1 Acupuncture for the Cancer Patients by the world-renowned cancer center, IMS/Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Dr Beccaria is a Credentialed Provider through the Department of Veterans Affair Community Care and Optum. She is passionate about serving this demographic.
